Oranges need a cool temperature to retain their orange skin colour and Valencia's harvested in summer may loose some colour as a result. The valencia is ideal for juicing. Oranges go well with ingredients such as chocolate, almonds, walnuts, liqueurs, chillies, prawns, pork, mint, olives, carrot and spinach and beetroot. To Store: Store oranges at room temperature for 3 days, or in a loosely sealed plastic bag in the crisper of the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
